Are you a recent graduate feeling overwhelmed trying to navigate your career, relationships, finances, and health without a road map?

The first few years after graduation are crucial. They set the foundation for your career, finances, and personal development. However, these years can also be confusing and daunting without the right guidance and tools—especially if you're pioneering this path in your family.

I’m Sydney Montgomery, your dedicated Post-Grad Success Coach and I'm here to guide you through this exciting, yet challenging transition. I help first-generation women of color navigate the complex landscape of the early years post-graduation. Whether you're tackling financial planning, seeking effective networking strategies, striving for professional growth, or trying to balance your spiritual and personal life, I will be there for you every step of the way.

Realigning my passions and my calling saved my life.

Four years ago, I was working at a law firm shortly after graduating from Harvard Law School. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, unexplained weight gain from medicines to control my out-of-control autoimmune condition, and the deep realization that I was not where I felt I was supposed to be.

I was where everyone else thought I should be.

The up-and-coming attorney who went to all the networking events and social functions. But on the inside, I was deeply unhappy and struggling to figure out how I could have followed all the directions and still ended up in a place that was far from the feelings of happiness and success I was promised.

However, once I realigned my faith to my passion and calling, I found new confidence, hope, and direction. I aligned my advocacy and career journey and grew my support network and relationships to create a national non-profit organization impacting over 7,000+ students. I was featured on several news outlets, named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in the Social Impact Category, and selected to give a TEDx talk on my journey.

And now, with training from Princeton Theological Seminary, a heart for first-generation graduates and young women of color, and a passion for personal growth, I provide compassionate, faith-centered coaching to help you navigate life's challenges and opportunities.
