28-year-old Sydney Montgomery has dedicated her life to bridging the equity gap in education.
Executive Director and Founder of Barrier Breakers®, CEO and Founder of Outline It, Sydney has dedicated her career to helping diverse students pursue new opportunities. Sydney is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School who received her Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California, Irvine.
Barrier Breakers® has helped 3,500+ first-generation and minority college and law school applicants achieve placements and full-ride scholarships with the country's top law schools and colleges.
At 28, Sydney is a 2020 IECA Making a Difference Awardee, a 2021 Counselor of the Year (PCACAC), a Kappa Alpha Theta 35 Under 35 awardee, and she was most recently named one of Women's eNews 21 Leaders for the 21st Century.
